Pure blood could bring atonement from deity to man
But who would give his life's blood
To bring salvations plan
God now searched through Heaven to find a sacrifice
Who would give his blood as ransom and pay redemption's price
Then He found His son could pay the debt you see
So He sent Him to a sin cursed world to die upon a tree

There He bought the sins of Adam along with yours and mine
Well the debt has now been canceled
