Greg Alexander

Greg grew up in a home that was centered around the Church and gospel music.  His grandfather taught at the Stamps Baxter School of Music in the 1940's.  His parents were singing in gospel quartets before he was born.  It was only natural that gospel music would be his life.  As a young child Greg accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior at a Church of God camp meeting in Craigsville, West Virginia.

Greg attended West Virginia University Institute of Technology and Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana.  He finally received my degrees in Music Industry and Music Education at West Virginia in 1992.  There Greg met his wife and partner Tammie.  Since then God has blessed their ministry together.

Greg has produced over 40 chart records in Southern Gospel and Christian country including 8 number 1 records with Mercy Street Records.  He has had five top 80 records on the Singing News charts.  Greg's production work has garnered 2 Dove nominations and 1 Grammy nomination.  Greg and his wife Tammie have both worked on Nashville Christmas projects which have produced 4 gold and 4 platinum records.  The artists include Porter Wagner, Box Car Willie, Mickey Gilley, Merle Haggard, Marilyn McCoo, Billy Davis Jr., Charlie Pride, Lee Greenwood, Bill Anderson, and Roy Clark.  Greg has also worked with the Stamps Quartet, The Triumphant Quartet, The Fox Brothers, Margo Smith, JD Sumner, Crystal Gale, Naomi and the Segos, Jeff Stice, The Blackwood Quartet, The Impressions, Vestal Goodman, George Younce, Joe Moscheo, James Blackwood, Sammy Hall, Ernie Phillips, and The Weatherfords.

Tammie Alexander
I was born and raised in West Virginia. I studied the saxophone and majored in voice while attending college at the West Virginia Institute of Technology.
I knew that music was my life but I also knew I did not want to teach. I prayed for God to show me His will and He did. I met my husband Greg and we have been working together ever since. Our ministry has included singing, publishing, and producing gospel music.
In the last nineteen years, we have seen people saved, sanctified, and healed. I have been privileged to have been able to work with several ministries and have seen God do many wonderful things for us and our brothers and sisters in Christ. Greg and I feel God has placed us with Caeden and Mark in the Eventide ministry. Everywhere we have been, lives have been changed. We know God is doing a work and we thank Him for His blessings and leadership.
